Busari Sarafadeen Olatunji

Busari Sarafadeen Olatunji is a seasoned administrator, development advocate, and community leader with a passion for empowerment and social interventions for the needy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (2004), and a Master in Public Administration from the University of Abuja.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership and governance, Mr. Busari has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s legislative landscape. As the Director-General of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria since 2021, he provides strategic guidance to Speakers and state assemblies nationwide. Previously, he served as the Administrative Secretary of the organization for over a decade, playing a key role in fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

Driven by a deep commitment to improving lives, Mr. Busari founded the Underserved Communities Empowerment Foundation (UCEF), an NGO dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to alleviate hardship and enhance livelihoods in underserved communities. His initiatives focus on areas such as access to clean water, solar electricity, education, skills development, and social interventions for the needy.

Known for his honesty, transparency, and dedication to impactful change, Mr. Busari’s efforts reflect his lifelong passion for addressing the challenges faced by marginalized populations. Through UCEF, he seeks to empower communities with resources, opportunities, and support that foster growth and development.

Mr. Busari’s vast experience, combined with his unwavering dedication to social interventions, positions him as a trusted leader in advocating for policies and projects that uplift the needy. Ambassador Adejare Bello

Ambassador Adejare Bello is a distinguished lawyer, grassroots leader, and diplomat with an exemplary record of public service and advocacy for societal progress. A graduate of the prestigious University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), he has consistently leveraged his academic foundation and leadership skills to effect positive change in various spheres of governance and diplomacy.

Ambassador Bello served as a member of the Osun State House of Assembly for an impressive twelve years (1999–2011), during which he held critical leadership roles. He began as Minority Leader from 1999 to 2003 and later became Honourable Speaker, serving for eight impactful years (2003–2011). His tenure as Speaker was distinguished by legislative innovation and a steadfast commitment to grassroots development and inclusive governance. His leadership excellence extended nationally, as he served as the Acting Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, promoting collaboration and unity among state legislative leaders.

In 2014, Ambassador Bello further demonstrated his dedication to public service by contesting as the Deputy Governorship candidate in Osun State, showcasing his vision for the state’s development and prosperity.

His expertise and influence reached the international stage when he was appointed Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico, with concurrent accreditation to Costa Rica, Panama, and Guatemala. During his diplomatic tenure, Ambassador Bello worked diligently to enhance Nigeria’s bilateral relationships with these nations, promoting trade, investment, and cultural exchange while elevating Nigeria’s global standing.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ambassador Bello holds several revered traditional titles, reflecting his deep connection to his cultural roots. He is, among others, the Oluomo of Edeland, and the Bada of the Source (Ile-Ife). These titles underscore his status as a respected leader and a custodian of tradition.

Rt. Hon. Abdulmumin Ismaila Kamba

Rt. Hon. Abdulmumin Ismaila Kamba is a distinguished public administrator, seasoned legislator, and revered community leader with an exemplary career in governance and public service. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, a qualification that underscores his adeptness in strategic management and leadership.

He began his public service as Chairman of Dandi Local Government in Kebbi State, where he championed grassroots development and inclusive governance. His exceptional performance at the local level earned him key appointments, including as Commissioner in the Ministries of Agriculture and Environment under the leadership of Governors Adamu Aliero and Sa’idu Usman Nasamu Dakingari. He later served as Commissioner for the Kebbi State Independent Electoral Commission (KSIEC), where he contributed to enhancing the integrity and effectiveness of the state’s electoral processes.

Rt. Hon. Kamba’s political journey progressed when he was elected to the Kebbi State House of Assembly, where he ascended to the position of Speaker. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in crafting progressive legislation and policies that fostered Kebbi State’s development. His leadership extended to the national level as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, where he facilitated unity and collaboration among legislative leaders nationwide.

In addition to his administrative and political roles, Rt. Hon. Kamba is deeply connected to his cultural roots. He holds esteemed traditional titles, including Sarki Zabarmawan Kabi, Kakakin Gwandu, and Agune Chiebe 1 of Ibagwa Nike Ancient Kingdom, Enugu. These titles reflect his commitment to preserving cultural heritage and serving as a custodian of tradition, reinforcing his influence as a respected leader within and beyond Kebbi State.

Mrs. Fatimah Zahra Busari

Mrs. Fatimah Zahra Busari is a dedicated accountant, accomplished entrepreneur, and passionate community worker committed to fostering development and empowering others. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Esa-Oke Polytechnic, Osun State, where she developed the foundational skills that have driven her professional and community-focused endeavors.

Mrs. Busari began her career in banking, working with Wema Bank between 2008 and 2014. During her time there, she honed her expertise in financial management, customer relations, and organizational efficiency. Her experience in the corporate sector equipped her with the skills and insights to excel in her entrepreneurial journey.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mrs. Busari has made significant contributions to her community through grassroots initiatives aimed at addressing local challenges. Her work as a community advocate reflects her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of underserved populations. She actively supports efforts in education, skills development, and women’s empowerment, focusing on creating sustainable solutions for lasting impact.
