Strategic Priorities (2025–2030)

Goal: Install 100 solar-powered boreholes in underserved communities.
Strategies:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify high-priority areas.
- Partner with local governments and water NGOs.
- Train community members on borehole maintenance.
Target Impact: Provide clean water to 50,000 people by 2030.

Goal: Electrify 100 schools and 50 clinics with solar energy solutions.
Strategies:
- Collaborate with renewable energy companies for affordable technology.
- Implement community training programs for solar maintenance.
- Secure funding through CSR partnerships and grants.
Target Impact: Improve healthcare and education for 50,000 beneficiaries.

Goal: Provide scholarships, school materials, and vocational training to 10,000 children and youth.
Strategies:
- Work with educational institutions to identify scholarship recipients.
- Develop vocational training programs in agriculture, technology, and trade.
- Partner with organizations to provide school infrastructure.
Target Impact: Increase literacy and employment opportunities in target communities.

Goal: Deliver medical outreach programs and support primary healthcare centers.
Strategies:
- Partner with healthcare NGOs and local clinics for medical camps.
